A new version the UTF<->UCS converter is ok now.
Clipboard support has been bug fixed (thanks Jango).
Proposed manner of use for this converter is:
- open a UTF mail
- mark all, copy to clip
- run converter
- open resulting UCS encoded file
or
- compose UCS encoded file
- run converter, it'll put the converted text to clip
- compose mail, paste clip and send
UTF can be used to send/receive e-mail in *any* language. PocketScheme version 0.2.6 is required.
12/11/98 winxe 's update: Rasir 's winxe can show chinese on pocket ie now,and
ChaJei(CangJie) input method for traditional chinese is OK now.

11/22/98:A good news from Rasir:(The soft will Upload at 12/01)
I have written a software like chinesestar for WinCE can solve this.
And next week, I will upload it on my site : http://www.pdflock.com .
The basic function of this software is display/input Chinese. The
Pro version can encode/decode BIG-5/GB/HZ e-mail or homepage ,and it
also can translate UI on-the-fly.
Now, it is in alpha phrase. Only some screenshot to be shown. Sorry.
